The winners have been announced! If you’ve never been the exhibition at the NHM is worth a visit, it’s not cheap but it is very good (also worth keeping an eye out for the free touring exhibition over the course of next year).

The tuna auctions at Tsukiji Fish Market are now back open to the public, and it’s an experience I heartily recommend everyone tries.
That said I’m not sure this is quite the way to do it:
