Just to show how much today sucked, these things happened:
- I managed to nab the last slice of Victoria Sponge in Curiositea
- My iPhone 3GS arrived
- and I had homemade bread for lunch
And it was still a shit day.

The following Italian sourdough starter, or biga, uses the wild yeast naturally present in grapes. The fruit also provides the sugar on which the yeast feeds.
